An email sent to the owner of Pinecrest about Teaching Professional, Patrick Politan also known as PJ...

I spent some time this morning with PJ and I wanted to send a note to express my thanks for making him available. Although I wasn't really expecting instant gratification from a golf lesson, I was pleasantly surprised. Your instruction program is unique and innovative and may contribute to keeping people interested in the game who might have otherwise been on the verge of giving it up (as I was). PJ is an excellent instructor and truly handles the process as a pure professional. You folks deserve to succeed and I sincerely hope the economic situation allows you to do so. Thanks again for providing this valuable service to the members.

An email to Patrick Politan our Teaching Professional...

Thanks so much for the golf lesson today.  You are absolutely the greatest teacher.  You really helped me, Patti and I went out and played 9 holes, and of course I did not do too sporty, we picked up a lot, but the last hole I hit the driver great, long and straight, hit the second shot down into the opening and the third shot on the green, I was so pleased.

PJ. Thank you for your instruction with my daughter, Jordan. I really feel that you have helped her tremendously as she is beginning her game and now practicing with our school golf team, HHCA. It was a pleasure watching you with her and giving her simple steps to help her game. Thanks and I like the positive feel around the club as well. You guys are great!

An email sent to our Membership Director, Brian Dickman.....

Brian, just wanted to touch base with all you guys, PJ, Mark,Brittany(So.Car Champ) and yourself. I spent 40 years in Medical Sales dealing with Physicians and hospital management. You learn quickly how to assess personalities and "Ego's". Most of the time is was difficult to work with these people, but they were my customers, so therefore, we had to find a way to basically "fake it" in order to develop a working relationship.

Not that I'm retired, I'm the customer and I find it very interesting how other people treat their customers!!!!!

I'm very happy to say, it was very "refreshing" to see how all you guys at Brown Golf, treat your customers. The friendly greeting was sincere. The concerns were genuine, the smile's were honest. The service from "everybody" on the property was excellent.

I'm speaking for Jim Lynch, Dan Lynch and Mark and Sally Masariu, when I say, we had a great time at your course, looking forward to coming back to our favorite course again in April 2012 and thanks again for the wonderful experience.

I would like to let your owner know how much we enjoyed our visit, so feel free to pass along this email, or have him contact me directly

Have a great day guys and gals, hit em long and straight.

Your golf buddy - Jim Lynch

A personal letter sent to the President of Brown Golf Management from the Lowcountry Presbyterian Church….

On behalf of the twenty-eight players we had at our recent Church outing. I would like to express our sincere appreciation to you and all your staff for making our Fourth Annual a huge success. From P.J. out to the parking lot we could not have been treated better. In addition the food and the service from Tom and his staff was as good as it gets. I would be remiss if I did not specifically mention to th you the hob that Mark Powell did for us. He was the coordinator for Pinecrest and did a great job taking care of all the details which as you know is where the true success lies.

John Thanks Again! It is a pleasure for me personally to be a member at Pinecrest and even more so when I see us shine as we did this week. We are looking forward to next year

Dear John,
It strikes me that you deserve to be complimented for your effort in Killington. The best thing that I can say is that you fulfilled your commitment well at, or above, the level promised.

You and your group spent serious time here and seem to have turned over every rock there was to turn over. Your conclusions and recommendations will have a clear and useful impact on our decisions as we move forward.

Best of luck on your future endeavors.
